In order to determine if the values of the table present a certain proportionality, it is necessary to calculate the quotient in between al pairs of x and y values. If the quotient is the same for all values, then, the relation is proportional.

3/2 = 1.5

7.5/5 = 1.5

15/10 = 1.5

as you can notice, all quotients are the same, hence, the table do represent a proportional relationship.
