A unexpected obstacle:means something that wasn’t supposed to happen happened. For instance.

I was driving with my dad to church and we got hit by another car. We overcame it by making sure everyone was okay and talked to the person who hit us.

Something I’ve experienced badly is anxiety, this was so bad that I had troubles making friends or even doing something as simple as asking for help. After a while I gained enough trust & confidence to talk to my mom about it, she assured me that I will be ok and talked to me about how she overcame the same thing at my age. She told me to just find someone that produces the energy I needed to feel safe around that person so I tried that. I became stronger by finding someone that gets me and now in my dreams I no longer see my self in someone’s shadow, but on stage in the spotlight. I felt relieved that I talked to her. My push was my mom, and now I dream big or not at all.
