Dear Ms./Mr. Matthews,
Being Kathy's classmate and friend, I regretfully have to let you know that your daughter is quite erratic in class. She does not consistently attend classes. It is stated that her attendance is below average.
Her teachers have all cautioned her, but she is not taking them seriously. Since you are her parents, I believed you could manage this matter better.
I'm asking you to be mindful of this situation and support the school. She will lose marks if she attends class frequently, and her performance will deteriorate over time. I believe that improving teacher-parent communication is crucial to raising educational standards. It has been shown that a child's quality of life can increase with excellent talk.
I think transparency is needed between teachers and parents. That is why I am informing you. Since I know that she is very good at studying, so I am a little worried about this. Many important topics are getting missed for her irregularity.
I believe there should be open communication between parents and instructors. That is the reason I'm telling you. She is quite adept at studying, therefore I am a little concerned about this because of that. Her irregularities cause her to miss out on many crucial topics.
I hope you look into this matter and talk to her.
Cathie
