European Exploration refers to the exploration of regions of Earth for scientific, commercial, religious, military, and other purposes by Europeans, beginning about the 4th century bce.

The major aim of European exploration in the  1300s and the 1400s was majorly the drive to get wealth.

At the forefront of the countries responsible for this exploration was Spain, France and England.

Spain conquered much of southern America leading to the Columbian exchange. France also conquered several parts of the world.
