I need help again with my English assignment . As it shows in the picture I need to make a 200 word essay if I would defend or p

rosecute the narrator.
Here’s what it says:
Imagine you are a lawyer at the narrator’s trial. How would you either defend him or prosecute him? Would you say that his actions indicate he is mad and not responsible for his crime or that, as the narrator says, the steps he takes to commit his crime show he is not mad and is responsible for the murder. Write an essay of at least 200 words that describes your plan in detail. Use quotations from the essay to support your ideas.

I’m desperately in need of help bro.

Line 4: "Upon the page, enwrapped from every reader."
Nata [24]

Answer:

The correct answer is letter D. to be hidden.

Explanation:

To enwrap means to cover something up or wrap it, envelope it. In line 4 of Edgar Allan Poe's poem, the speaker is saying that the name of the person to whom the poem was written is hidden. Other readers won't know it, but she will if she can read carefully. This is the context:

FOR her this rhyme is penned, whose luminous eyes,

Brightly expressive as the twins of Lœda,

Shall find her own sweet name, that, nestling lies

Upon the page, enwrapped from every reader.

Search narrowly the lines! — they hold a treasure

As we can see, enwrapped means her name is hidden from other people's eyes.

What are the dependent clause and the transition word in the sentence below? Workers who complained to the owners were fired, pu
Vitek1552 [10]

Answer:

The dependent clause is "were fired, punished, or even killed." The transition word is "were."

Explanation:

A dependent clause is one that depends on a complement so that it is able to convey a coherent and understandable meaning. This is because this type of clause is not able to transmit a complete thought, managing to establish a message alone.

If we look at the sentence shown in the question above, we will see that the clause "Workers who completed to the owners" is able to start and end a thought, being then the independent clause. While the "were fired, punished, or even killed" clause fails to start and end a thought, it is a dependent clause.

The transition word is the one that makes the connection between the two clauses in a sentence. In the sentence shown in the question above, the transition word is "were".
