At the beggin there are 150 eggs, after making 1 omeltet, there are 144 eggs, after the second omelet, there are 138 eggs, etc.

By the given statement you can notice that each omelet demands 6 eggs. Then, after making each omeltet Al has 6 eggs lower. This can wrtten numerically as follow:

150, 144, 138, 132, 126, 120,...

That is equivalent to:

150-6, 150-6-6, 150-6-6-6, 150-6-6-6-6, 126-6-6-6-6-6, ... , 150 - 6n

where n is the nth omelet made by counting from the begining of the day.

yuri has a rope 12 meters long. he cuts it into pieces that are each 2 meters long. what fraction of the rope is one piece
Lelu [443]
So the numerator of your fraction (the top number) is the amount that was cut. The denominator (the bottom number) is the total amount of rope. So, your fraction would be 2/12. You can still simplify that by dividing both the numerator and denominator by 2 and end up with 1/6. Does that make sense? If you need any more help, go ahead and message me :)

ANSWER FOR BRAINILEST.
Lesechka [4]

Answer:

2713

Step-by-step explanation:

The volume of a cylinder is base * height. That means the whole cylinder's volume is 8^2 * 18 * pi = 1152 pi

The volume of a sphere is (4/3)(pi)(r^3) = (4/3)(pi)(6^3) = 288 pi

Cylinder - Sphere = Shaded Volume

1152pi - 288pi = 864pi

Substitute 3.14 for pi, and you get

864(3.14) = 2712.96, which rounds to 2713

sarah uses 2/3 of her supply of cheese to make pizza and 1/9 of her supply of cheese to make lasagna. If Sarah uses 2 1/3 pounds
Oksana_A [137]

Answer: 0.05 cup

Step-by-step explanation:

Divide 2.5 by 10 to find how much is in one of Sarah’s dishes.

This gives you 0.25

Divide 1.6 by 8 to find how much is in one of Amy's dishes.

This gives you 0.2

Now minus 0.2 from 0.25.

This gives you a 0.05 cup

hope this helps
