Routines provide children with a sense of security and control over their surroundings. When life at home is organized and consistent, children feel safe, secure, and cared for, especially during stressful times or developmental stages.
We need to meet the basic needs of a child matter, such us physical needs, including food, water, and a place to live, without these things children can't properly grow and mature physically.
