No, you cannot inherit physical traits that your parents acquired during their lifetime.

Goals are not important in evolution. All animals, not just humans, are equally "evolved" to match their unique habitat, and they only react to the current condition. Most scientists agree that acquired qualities cannot be handed on to kids through reproduction since they are not encoded in an individual's DNA. A feature or attribute must be a component of the individual's genotype in order for it to be passed on to the next generation. They are genetically predisposed to it.

Only the non-reproductive organs are influenced by traits developed throughout the course of a person's lifetime. There is no impact on the germ cell's DNA. Only the germ cells transmit a characteristic from one parent to the next. The non-reproductive organs play no such function.
