When we talk about diversity in the workplace, we imply that a firm employs a broad variety of people who each have their own unique qualities.

Organizations will see a significant beneficial influence on people as well as a better relationship among teams if they foster a culture that is more welcoming of and varied in its membership.

Generally, When we speak about diversity in the workplace, we are inferring that a company employs a wide range of individuals, each of whom has their own set of distinctive characteristics.
