Additionally, it has exclusive authority over a certain number of matters, including all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers, and Consuls, as well as those in which a State shall be Party.  The court has the authority to judicially analyse laws and declare them unconstitutional if they do not adhere to the Constitution. It has the authority to invalidate presidential orders for disobeying the Constitution or statutory law.
