Hi !!

Which words in the sentence are adverbs? Choose four answers.

> lonely = adverb

* > quite  = adverb

> slowly = adverb

> new = can be an adjective, a noun and an adverb

> eventually = adverb

> really = adverb

> overjoyed = use as an adjective

-

Adverbs tell in what way so does something. They add more information as indicating degree, manners, frequency.... of something.

Most of them are formed by adding -ly to the related adjective.

* That is the reason why I chose those four.... but quite is also an adverb of degree

-

hope that helps :)

Answer:

Rewrote:

1 Miffy my dog, barks loudly at everything and everyone.

2.My dog chases my cat under the dining room table.

3. My neighbor has a tiny dog who was flown in from the Midwest.

4. Miffy likes to hide under the porch steps.

5.I walk Miffy up and down the hill everyday.

6. Miffy buries her bones in my backyard.

Explanation:

I hope this makes sense, all you're doing is making the sentences less wordy and more understanding. I don't know if you're suppose to add the 'miffy my dog' to clarify miffy meant as in the dog. Hope this helps!!!
