What is 82ndU.S. Airborne Division?

The 82nd Airborne Division of the United States Army is an airborne infantry division with a focus on parachute assault operations into restricted locations, and it is mandated by the US Department of Defense to "respond to crisis circumstances anywhere in the world within 18 hours." The 82nd Airborne Division is a member of the XVIII Airborne Corps and is based in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The most strategically mobile division in the American Army is the 82nd Airborne Division.

On August 5, 1917, just days after the United States entered World War I, the division was established in the National Army under the original name of the 82nd Division. It was established on August 25, 1917, in Camp Gordon in Georgia, and during the closing stages of World War I, it distinguished itself on the Western Front.

Why was the role of women equal to men in the haudenosaunee group?
xenn [34]

Answer:

The women were equal to men in the Haudenosaunee group because they were a matriarchy. That means a social organization where every or most of the powers derive from women and/or femininity.

Explanation:

In the Haudenosaunee matriarchy, families followed a matrilineal system: children and property passed on according to their mothers, not fathers. When a couple married, the man came to live in the woman's family house, not the other way around.

It was a clan of mothers that appointed leaders and could discard leaders. Women had rights to their property and the products of their work.
