Prosthetic Limbs is an artificial device which replaces missing leg. It is beneficial for the people who lost their leg due to following reasons:

  • Accident
  • Birth defect
  • Disease

In medicine, they are developed through Automated production line for 3D printing allowing them to be stylish and less expensive designing.

It helps people to go around easily without any problems. They copy the function of the biological leg and sometimes they do appear as the real leg of an actual human body.

People may need a support system to walk even with Prosthetic limbs like a Walker or Crutches while some people may not need them all. Hence, moving freely without any problem.

A Prosthetic Limb is made up of the following materials:

  • Aluminium
  • Carbon
  • Resin
  • Titanium

People having Diabetes may face some issues with the Prosthetic limbs due to their affected physiology. These are attached with the help of Belts and Cuffs by creating suction.
