A 17-year-old boy is rushed to the Emergency Department after an outbreak of gang violence. The incident resulted in 3 people dy
ing, and 4 others are in critical condition. He was a witness to the violence, and his older brother is one of the deceased; however, he was not visibly injured by the incident. On examination, he is a healthy appearing 17-year-old in obvious emotional distress.
It is a problem where an individual encounters visual deficiency, loss of motion, or different side effects influencing the sensory system that can't be made sense of exclusively by an actual disease or injury. Side effects normally start out of nowhere after a time of close to home or actual pain or mental struggle.
Symptoms:
Shortcoming or loss of motion.
Strange development, for example, quakes or trouble strolling.
Loss of equilibrium.
Trouble gulping or feeling "a knot in the throat"
Seizures or episodes of shaking and obvious loss of cognizance (nonepileptic seizures)
Episodes of lethargy.
