Well,
John Jay is best known as the first Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, serving from September 1789 to June 1795. He was born in New York City, New York. He also lived in Rye, Bedford, Katonah, and Westchester County, all in New York.
Europeans that migrated to the Americas came here in search of wealth. They ended up almost putting the Native American into extinction. They also enslaved them, tricked them, and forced them to live on reservations. They celebrated this with a holiday we now call Thanksgiving.
The Africans did not choose to migrate to the Americas. They were brought here on slave ships with disgusting conditions. Many of them died along the way. Africans were forced into slavery for hundreds of years. When slavery was abolished Blacks still endured hardships for many many years, even until now.
For the most part, Europeans, Africans, and Native Americans have pretty civilized relations today.
If you are talking about what she did then...
Elizabeth Cady Stanton along with Lucretia Mott organized the first Women's Rights Convention within the United States. At this convention, the Declaration of Sentiments and Resolutions was presented. It stated that,"All men and women are created equal" as to the Declaration of Independence which says, "All men are created equal." Stanton began the Women's Rights Movement. After the convention, groups sprang up to support the rights of women. Stanton's actions led to the Women's Rights Movement.
