What is a scatter plot?

A scatter plot is a graphical representation of the relationships between two or more variables, which are presented by specific dots spread along the diagram.

The main technology that can be used to diagram a scatter plot is an Excel file by going to the Insert tab (charts group) and then clicking the Scatter symbol.

What was the result of geologists trying to disprove the idea that the continents were all once together as once land mass by te
hichkok12 [17]

Answer:

B.Mineral and fossils matched on separate continents adding evidence in support of Wegener’s theory.

Explanation:

Theory created by the German meteorologist Alfred Wegener, in which he stated that approximately 200 million years ago there was no separation between continents, ie there was a single continental mass called Pangeia and a single ocean, the Pantalassa.

After millions of years there was a fragmentation emerging two megacontinents called Laurasia and Godwana, and from there the continents were moving and adapting to the current configurations.

The crucial point for the development of the Continental Drift theory, which in its essence means the movement of continents, or moving plates, is the realization that the earth is not static. Then Wegener realized that the coast of Africa was contoured that fit the coast of South America.

Another trace that supports the theory was the discovery of fossils of animals of the same species on different continents, as it would be impossible for these animals to have crossed the Atlantic Ocean, the only explanation being that in the past the two continents were together.

Why is the music of the united states considered distinct and unique? because the us is a mix of many cultures and languages bec
Rzqust [24]

The correct answer is - because the US is a mix of many cultures and languages.

Because the United States are a country where there's people from all over the world, which brought hundreds different cultures and languages with them, the music has evolved in a specific unique manner. In general, we can see in the United States's popular music the elements of the Celtic music which is mostly into the pop music, the country music that evolved as separate traditional music from the people living and working on farms, the Latino elements from the big Latino population, as well as the music types originated from the black population like the blues and jazz that were inspired by the hard life and slavery.

Charles's law states that at a constant pressure, the volume of a given amount of gas is _____ to its absolute temperature.
Aloiza [94]
Charles's law states that at a constant pressure, the volume of a given amount of gas is directly proportional to its absolute temperature. Charle's law is also derived from the ideal gas law which states that:

PV = nRT

As you can see, V and T are already directly proportional with each other. The only difference with Charles Law is that pressure was held constant, cancelling out the moles and gas constant.
