Answer:

Four connecting factors between crime and unequal access to basic services:

 1. Corruption
 2. Lack of education
 3. Low income
 4. Social inequality

Further Explanation

Basic services are services provided (by the government) that are necessary in order to survive and meet the standard living. Basic services are including education, health service, water, sanitation, waste removal, houses, and electricity/energy. Education, health services and houses are the most expensive basic service that people with low-income can't afford.

Unequal access to these basics services often causes crimes. The reason is as humans they will do anything in order to survive: to get food to eat, money for education and health services. People with poor access to education, health services, social support, and other basic services are at greater risk of not only committing a crime but committing it much more frequently. Difficulty access to this basic service would increase many problems

People commit crimes to meet their needs. Most crime is committed by. Having the ability to get a job and being able to have access to the basic service are the most vital components of preventing crime.
