Would someone be able to help me with this assignment? I’ve submitted it twice and it’s still wrong.

3- enjoyed => action verb (you can't say "we are band concerts...)

4- was =>linking  // deflated ==> action

5- was =>linking  // find ==> action

6- seemed ==> linking  (the right front wheel is flat ..)

7- were ==> linking  //  do ==> action

8- sold ==> action

9- felt ==> linking (mother was peeved over the cost..)

10- am => linking  // work ==> action

Explanation :

A linking verb doesn't describe any action but gives information about the subject.

BE, BECOME & SEEM always are linking verbs.

An action verb describes an action.

Some linking verbs can be both. To know about it, you can try to use 'BE' instead..
