One very good and possible reason (that was at the same time very logical from his perspective) why George Washington decided to call for a policy of neutrality was to avoid United States participation in European wars (2). And he did this with a good reason. A young nation as the US in those times couldn't afford making and drafting men into an army and then shipping them to Europe to help a possible ally, they needed to build their own nation at the time.

ASAP PLEASE :( Define in your own words the meaning of the unalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. *
maks197457 [2]

Answer:

Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness" is a well-known phrase in the United States Declaration of Independence. The phrase gives three examples of the "unalienable rights" which the Declaration says have been given to all human beings by their Creator, and which governments are created to protect. These rights apply to ideals or issues that are important in today’s world because they talk about life and happiness which every person in this world has.

I hope this helped.
