Uno de esos valores importantes durante la obra es la importancia de las relaciones humanas. El Principito hace referencia a que el amor es el hilo que entrelaza las mejores relaciones entre los humanos.

Otra lección importante es que más allá de los bienes materiales o las posesiones, lo importante está en la esencia de las personas, en quiénes son en realidad. Es decir, tú puedes poner en tu tarea que lo importante de las personas no es lo que tienen, sino lo que son.

Otra lección importante es aprender a entender a un apersona por la manera en la que se comporta, no sólo por lo que dice. Viendo la conducta de las personas aprendes más de ellas que escuchando lo que te dicen.

Otros valores importantes son la humildad y la capacidad de expresar nuestros sentimientos. No debemos sentir temor por expresar lo que sentimos.
