Answer:

The income elasticity of demand for generic potato chips=-4.00

Explanation:

Elasticity of demand can be defined as a measure of how responsive the demand for a certain good is when the price of that good or service changes. The elasticity of demand is usually negative. A negative elasticity of demand implies that the demand of a good or service reduces with an increase in price. The elasticity of demand can be measured using different methods. The mid-point method will be used in this case. The mid-point method of calculating elasticity of demand is as shown;

E=%Q/%P

where;

E=elasticity of demand

%Q=percentage change in quantity demanded

%P=percentage change in the price

And;

%Q=[(Final quantity-Initial quantity)/{(Final quantity+Initial quantity)÷2}]×100

Final quantity=0

Initial quantity=2

replacing;

[(0-2)/{(0+2)÷2}]×100=(-2/1)×100=-200%

%P=[(Final price-Initial price)/{(Final price+initial price)÷2}]×100

%P=[(15-9)/{(15+9)÷2}]×100=(6/12)×100=50%

E=%Q/%P

replace for %Q and %P

E=-200%/50%

E=-4

The income elasticity of demand for generic potato chips=-4.00

Answer:

Winnebago Industries' ending inventory have been if it had used FIFO is $77,196,000

Explanation:

The computation of the ending inventory under FIFO method is shown below:

= Ending inventory under LIFO inventory method  + LIFO reserve

= $46,850,000 + $30,346,000

= $77,196,000

For determining the ending inventory under the FIFO method, we added the ending inventory under the LIFO method and LIFO reserve so that accurate value can come.

The marginal revenue product schedule is: * 1 point A) the same whether the firm is selling in a purely competitive or imperfect
Inga [223]

Answer:

B) the firm's resource demand schedule.

Explanation:

A product can be defined as any physical object or material that typically satisfy and meets the demands, needs or wants of customers. Some examples of a product are mobile phones, television, microphone, microwave oven, bread, pencil, freezer, beverages, soft drinks etc.

Marginal cost can be defined as the additional or extra cost that is being incurred by a company as a result of the production of an additional unit of a product or service.

Generally, marginal cost can be calculated by dividing the change in production costs by the change in level of output or quantity.

Marginal revenue can be defined as the additional amount of money that is gained or generated by a business firm from the sales of an additional unit of a product or service.

Hence, the marginal revenue product schedule is equal to the firm's resource demand schedule i.e the quantity of goods demanded at different price level at a specific period of time.
