Starting from the beginning of an earthquake, number the steps of the triangulation process in the correct order to find the epi

center.
1.)Subtract the time of P wave arrival from S wave arrival.
2.)Find the point where all 3 circles intersect, and you've found the earthquake's epicenter.
3.) Draw circles representing the distances from at least three seismograph stations to the epicenter on a map.
4.)See what the time difference is equal to in distance on a seismic wave chart.

Answer:

The correct order to find the epicenter is: 1, 4, 3, 2.

Explanation:

The method used to find the epicenter of an earthquake is called triangulation.

At least three different locations are taken, and the data of the earthquakes that have been occurring in them through a seismograph are used. In this way the epicenter is determined by the point of intersection.

The seismograph keeps track of the time it takes for the first seismic wave (P) and the second (S) to arrive. (1)

Once this information is obtained, it can be established how quickly they are traveling.

This is the calculation of the distance from the epicenter to each of the seismographs. (4)

To know in which direction each wave was directed, circles are drawn around the locations of the seismograph.(3) Once that distance is obtained, the radius is calculated and once it is located where these three circles intersect, the epicenter is found. (2)

To find the epicenter (the point on the earth's surface where an earthquake begins) during earthquakes, one need to view the seismogram (a record of the ground motion), and at least two other seismographs recorded for the same earthquake. Other instruments such as a map, a compass for sketching circles on the map, a ruler, and a pencil will also be used.

The following are the steps of the triangulation process in the correct order to find the epicenter during earthquakes:

Step 1: Subtract the time of P wave arrival from S wave arrival.

Step 2: See what the time difference is equal to in distance on a seismic wave chart.

Step 3: Draw circles representing the distances from at least three seismograph stations to the epicenter on a map.

Step 4: Find the point where all 3 circles intersect, and you've found the earthquake's epicenter.

Ierofanga [76]

Answer: Mining is an activity which the earth is dig to obtain minerals and oil reservoirs.

Explanation:

The two environmental consequences that are responsible for filling the valleys are soil erosion and downstream mining causing the contamination of the neighboring water source. Soil erosion is resultant of the mining activity causing the trees to be uprooting from their site and making soil prone to the affect of physical factors like wind and water.

Answer:

 • Electricity is the essential need for everyday life.
 • Electricity problems are caused due to failures and errors in the electricity network, these might include man power error at the source, circuit failure, wires burn out etc. apart from these certain natural calamities also can harm the power supply, which include storms which harm the wires transmitting the electricity, heavy rain which causes damage to the electricity poles .
 • Solar flares and grid failures also lead to electricity failures.
