The productive resources are divided into two parts: human resources and capital resources.

Human resources are people who work in companies.

Capital resources are  factory machines, raw materials, tools, trucks, and all other physical material goods that are not human and depreciate over time. For example, we can still cite computers and the physical structure of factories.

The biggest difference is with the data they deal with. Sociology deals with a problem or a premise by studying human influence or studying the interaction of human to its environment as always the principal subject and with no scientific method involved.
