Dynamic Character:

Matthew was at the park one day with his brother, Josh. He said to Josh, "I bet I could beat you in a race from here to the swings." Josh accepted the challenge and Matthew was quickly outran by his brother, and he was sad and un-determined to beat him. Matthew said to his brother that he had no chance of beating him in that race, and Josh responded to him, "You just got to keep trying, and be determined with yourself." Matthew took his advice and they raced the rest if the day. At the very last race, Matthew had practiced enough, and he eventually beat his brother.

Static Character:

Gideon had a bully at school. His bully would tease him and kick and punch him whenever he got the chance. Gideon had told the teachers on multiple occasions, but he never stopped, Gideon told his brother, because he was scared of the bully. His brother confronted him at recess, and the bullying stopped, but Gideon is still afraid of bullies to this day.
