I must say my favorite part of school is going on field trips. It’s usually the same case with other kids. It serves as a reward for working hard in class, encourages them that learning can be fun, and lastly for some it may be the only time they get to go on trips due to financial or parental problems.

When you spend almost half your day sitting in a chair listening to someone talk and give you work, you might wonder what the point is. Field trips serve as a reward for all the boredom they and work they have done. It also encourages them to keep working hard and to stay out of trouble (some schools might have a no referral policy, etc.).

A majority of field trips are related to something they are learning in school. Instead of having to learn entirely in the class, it allows kids to get a real world experience on what they are learning about. It would even encourage them to want to learn more about certain subjects.

Field trips not only serve as educational outlets, motivation to keep working hard in school, but also as retreats for the unfortunate kids who do not get to go on trips at home. It would be travesty not to keep field trips.

Hope I helped,

Field trips allow students to explore more areas of life and their education. Without this, students will be missing out on opportunities.

Reason 1: Students can learn more about the history of their area.

Reason 2: Students can gain valuable experience about careers.

Reason 3: Student attendance and involvement will increase if students get to experience new and interesting things.

Thesis Statement: Students should be allowed to go on field trips because they can learn about their history, gain experience in careers, and because student attendance and involvement will increase.

PLEASE HELP! THE STORY IS DOWN BELOW
kicyunya [14]

Answer:

Errr.. Just check below!

Explanation:

I notice that both of these stories are setting a new goal in a new place.

For Pioneering in Florida, it shows that they had to move but just for one more year due to help his sister and get her homestead. They had to go through many obstacles so they can succeed in their goal.

Okay so, for Finding Gold, Finding Florida, it seems like they go something similar but, Ponce de León wanted to find the "Fountain of Youth" and gold in an island called Bimini. He had set a goal but died sadly due to the Calusa people attacked him and shot him at an arrow at his leg.

Basically, I see something going on for both of these stories. They are similar to what they got at the end. They didn't get what they wanted most but, get something great. For Finding Gold, Finding Florida, it showed they didn't find the "Fountain of Youth" but got his voyages spurred others to search for gold and other riches in the New World.

In Pioneering in Florida, they had the whole Doster family in Florida.

It was harsh for them living but, they were able to pass the obstacles in Florida. Dora's mother wanted to go back someday in the trains due to her homesickness. (I forgot what I was doing-)
