His speech was about putting people to work and the phrase that made him famous was "the only thing we have to fear its fear itself" is important to mention that He compared conditions in those days with conditions that settlers had to face and of course settler´s conditions were worst due to the fact that in Roosevelt speech time only material things.

B.Some aspects of his speech involves giving some responsibility to bank´s system and the care that should be taken for not falling again in same mistakes that took economy to such problem and he spoke to restore the system but with honesty and discipline through well supervision on banking and credit and investments not allowing speculations with other people´s money as the old order had made.
