Answer:

Executive Order 9066 was issued by Franklin Roosevelt in 1942 and it resulted in the internment of over 120,000 citizens of Japanese ancestry for the duration of World War II.

Explanation:

After the attack on Pearl Harbor, the United States government declared war on the Japanese empire. The "retaliation" against Japan ended + or with the launch of two atomic bombs against the cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki on August 6 and 9, 1945. However, during the time of the war the consideration of "enemy" was brought at another level by the government of President Roosevelt. Under his mandate, on February 19, 1942, executive order 9066 was approved whereby all ethnic Japanese living in the US must sell their property in less than a week and be placed in a concentration camp.

This measure that was established with the Executive Order motivated the speculators to take advantage of the purchase of Japanese possessions at very low prices. Some Japanese kept their possessions in warehouses and warehouses, waiting for the situation to change after the war. However, his possessions were stolen and looted. Those who decided to rent their houses realized that the tenants refused to pay the lease. Those who did not sell their properties, saw that the State seized them for not paying taxes.

Which the following factors helped the Allies win World War I
DanielleElmas [232]

Well there are several reasons to why the Allies won and the Axis lost. One of the most obvious resons, is the invovations such as radar, the atomic bomb, Incidenaries, etc. Of cousre the The axis had their own inovations, such as the V rockets, the jet propsioned engine. However, these Axis advancements wouldn't change the course of the war do to the fact that the Axis had basic the entire world against them. And very few countries can support themselves let alone a secusful war effort. The Axis had only the resaech and resources it could gather within its borders.

Another factor was simply the East. If the Germans were not so greedy with its intital sweep into the Soveit Union it may have completely crushed all resistance in all of Europe and could of conquered a great majority over Africa. However, if you looked from the Soveit veiw of the war, all of their neiboring countries would have fallen. Having be completly surrounded by the Nazis and Japanese, the over one Million soldiers of the Red Army would have been easily been token over by the two joining forces.

Also a great factor was distance. Imagine how hard it was for Axis allies to keep in touch such as Nazi Germany and Japan? The War could have been much differnt if the Axis was completely joined such as if they were linked together as one nation instead of being seperated by several countries.

The conditions in the South during Reconstruction

Even though Southern states rejoined the Union and agreed to the 13th amendment (which outlawed the institution of slavery), the South looked very similar to what it did before the Civil War started. Even though African Americans were technically free, many of them still worked on plantations. There work on plantations was under the system known as sharecropping. Sharecropping is a system in which a person leases land from a farm owners. In return, the worker promises to give land owners a share of their crop. This system resulted in strict labor contracts. Ultimately, this system would tie African Americans to plantations as plantation owners used loopholes within the contract to keep their tenants from finding other opportunities.

Along with this, African Americans were still treated horribly in the South. The development of the Ku Klux Klan, a white supremacist organization, resulted in the beating and killing of thousands of African American citizens. This group was created in order to strike fear in the hearts of African American citizens and to prevent them from using their newly gained rights (like the right for men to vote).

Lastly, the South would continue to treat African Americans as inferior by the implementation of black codes and Jim Crow laws. These laws allowed for the development of segregated public and private facilities.
