Concerns about water scarcity
Respectfully,
I'd like to draw your attention to our community's acute water shortage. I believe that we, as a community, can assist in a variety of ways. I would like to suggest the following solutions.
- Low flow toilets can replace older fixtures. In comparison, older toilets typically use around 6 liters of water per flush, while low flow toilets use 4.6 liters. The savings in water bills and water conservation outweigh the extra costs.
- Regular showerheads use 2.5 gallons or more per minute, whereas water-saving showerheads use as little as 1.5 gallons per minute. Water-saving showerheads, like low-flow toilets, cost more but save money and water.
- Collect rainwater for irrigation: By collecting rainwater for irrigation, hotels can avoid using any regular water. So no more paying to water landscaping. A hotel could do the same thing with their “Gray” water. Gray water is clean water from sources like laundry operations.
Thank you for your consideration,

Claims are, almost by definition, controversial, in the sense that not everyone agrees with them, that is why we use evidence to support a claim and to show that we are right/correct.

Hope this helps ^-^
I did one once about the Holocaust. I talked about how the Jews survived and the Nazis failed to succeed. In the poem, I related the Nazis to a storm and the Jews to people on a wooden ship out at sea.
Hope this gives you any ideas!
