NYT v. Sullivan is a landmark SCOTUS case regarding libel. It protects the Press and specifically 1st Amendment protections guaranteeing a free press by establishing a high bar for a citizen to sue the press for libel.
I think it's great. We are all people,why does the color of our skin matter? I am not a big believer of god, but I still do believe that we are all related in some way because it just makes since, I just believe that somewhere along the line some lost pigment while others gained. I am always kind to everyone and treat everyone with respect whether they are white, asian, black or any race, looks anything as long as they don't disrespect me. I don't believe color should matter, but rather the mind.
D. The governed
The Declaration of Independence states that “...we are endowed by our creator with certain unalienable rights. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.”
The best description regarding the impeachment process as defined by the U.S. Constitution would be that "<span>B. The House of Representatives removes a sitting president from office by a two-thirds majority," since this process has to begin and end in the House. </span>
