A number of other birds do this dance.

The list includes:

Frigatebird

Flamingo

Duck

Emperor Penguin

Hedge Sparrow

Blue Manakin

Grebe

Explanation:

Beginning in mid to delayed spring, peacocks organize small regions in close proximity to one another in an organization known as a lek. They start their courtship displays to attract this peahen, spreading their iridescent tail feathers in a fan shape, swaggering back and forth and shaking their feathers to produce a rattling noise to get the peahens' attention. A peahen will walk within some territories of different males, considering their images and wings closely, before choosing a mate by performing a dance.

Well, there are many birds that could fit this description, such as frigatebirds, flamingos, ducks, emperor penguins, parrots, albatrosses, blue manakins, grebes, etc.
But I'm assuming the correct answer should be peacocks - they are birds which are famous for performing a ritualized mating dance, although any of the options I listed could also be correct.
