It is a poster in an artificial rock climbing wall, I don't know whether the English sentence is right in structure or grammar,

what I want to deliver in the sentence is that : you shouldn't climb without permission, if you without permission but to climb and fall down and get injured, we don't afford the responsibility, because we have remind you, and it's your own responsibility.
Can someone tell me whether the sentence is right in structure or grammar, or can some one give me o native sentence to remind people.

The phrase isn't grammatically correct, but you did understand the idea perfectly. A possible grammatically correct phrase could be "This is dangerous climb at your own risk."
