Share your problems with a trusted adult.

You should never try going through the problems on your own and you definitely should never engage in self injury. You should also never ever ignore the symptoms and go on with your life.

If you believe you have symptoms of a mental disorder or have one you need to tell a trusted adult/doctor and get checked out to see if you do have them or not.

Also, please never self diagnose. It is ok to search the symptoms but you may believe you have it but really don't so never self diagnose.
