The difference between seeing the driving environment and the perceiving the same environment is that in terms with seeing the driving environment, the person tends to just look and observe the surroundings before him or her. While the perceiving, is a way of trying to perceive or be aware of the surroundings in front of you, in a way to come into a realization.
