There can definitely become a huge decrease in self – esteem: This can lead to serious sadness and many other strong emotions. The person might start to feel that they are not pretty or might also start to compare themselves to other people and blame themselves for not being "perfect". 

Internal anger– When a person experiences risky behavior it might be because of internal anger. If a person feels angered they might start to hide their anger beneath their emotions and appear as if everything's fine. If they continuously do this, they could become emotionally unstable.

Trust Issues– This by far one of the most common problems, when someone has risky behavior they might start to distance themselves from loved ones, therefore, they start to have trust issues and question everything.
