c is one end : (-3, -1)

n is the other end : (x, y)

The formula for the midpoint of a line segment is : ($\frac{ x_{1} + x_{2} }{2}$, $\frac{ y_{1} + y_{2}}{2}$)

Mid-point m : ($\frac{x + (-3)}{2} , \frac{y + (-1)}{2}$)

(0, 1) : ($\frac{(x -3)}{2} , \frac{(y -1)}{2}$)

Thus,

$\frac{x-3}{2} = 0$

--- x = 3

$\frac{y-1}{2} = 1$

y -1 = 2

--- y = 3

The co-ordinate of n is (3,3)
