Answer:

Athens and Sparta were rivals, and had some differences in a lot of aspects.

Explanation:

Both cities were important for Greece. One of them (Athens) was considered the center of economy, politics, cultural and finance. On the other way, Sparta was known as the center of arts, democracy and freedom.

The main difference talking about lifestyle was the focus on education, because in Athens young men were not obliged to join the army, and they could get education. On the contrary, people from Sparta were not supossed to be educated but to be concentrated on military training.

In Sparta, boys were given to the barracks so they could be trained since they valued winning wars rather than having educated people.

gizmo_the_mogwai [7]

The president could become a stronger bargainer with congress by increasing his popularity with the people. This is because the members of congress represent citizens and if citizens aren't happy then they're going to complain to their congressman and congresswomen. If they don't act on what their constituents want then they'll eventually be voted out of office for someone who will.
