Nutrition, quality of life, and disease are all connected, good nutrition leads to a long and prosperous life while bad nutrition, for example, excessive eating or lake of nutrition will not lead to a good productive life thus, low quality of life. Excessive eating or lake of nutrition can lead to types of diseases caused by deficiencies of nutrients or too many nutrients. some examples of these diseases are Scurvy, Diabetes, and Obesity which are not very pleasant to have. Having Obesity or being Obese Is mentally challenging as well as physically disabling, Obesity can be self-cured but food addiction is the strongest form of addiction. If you have good nutrients intake you are most likely to be healthy because your body is not being strained. And being healthy is a good quality of life allowing you to spend more time with loved ones and in less pain.

As a child's parents, grandparents, and other family members you will have the most influence on the child, therefore, are encouraged to teach about good health and eating habits, give VACCINATIONS, or help with the mental state of a child whether they are being bullied or are not motivated. however, this is not always how it goes down sometimes the child is abused mentally or physically or in the middle just not cared about or both.

Family roles and responsibilities are a key factor in a child's development as it helps with the development of responsibilities. responsibilities and family roles can be treated as job jobs require physical work, for example, cleaning. overall family responsibility and roles are ways to get the child ready for real-life jobs.
