Answer:c. The new employee clearly exceeds all productivity goals for his or her work unit.

Explanation:

A job orientation refers to supplying the new employees with vital information they need to know about their work environment, salary, equipment , benefits and dress code it has nothing much to do with how they will perform.

It is about making them fit in with ease when they know how everything works around.

Productivity refers to amount of successful work achieved within a period of time and are measured by produced units and other output but these begin when the employees have settled within the company and how the company encourages them to achieve those goals and it also dependent on their motivation but mostly it doesn't form part of orientation process.

Why did King John need more money?
Ber [7]
King John needed more money to order to carry on a war in France over disputed lands. Many of the barons believed that the dispute between John and the French king was none of their business. So, they refused to send King John knights or pay what amounted to a special tax.

The concept of social facilitation is so named because of the idea that when the presence of others is arousing,
lara31 [8.8K]

The concept of social facilitation is so named because of the idea that when the presence of others is arousing, "this arousal facilitates a well-learned, dominant response".

What is social facilitation?

The tendency for the presence of others to enhance a person's performance on a task is known as social facilitation.

Two types of social facilitation have also been defined: co-action effects and audience effects:

 • A co-action effect: is when your performance on a task improves simply because there are other people performing the same job as you. As an illustration, consider working alongside coworkers in an office setting as opposed to by yourself.
 • Audience effects: An audience effect is when your performance improves as a result of performing in front of a crowd. A pianist playing at home as opposed to performing in front of an audience is an example.

In addition, three more components are believed to play a role in social facilitation:

 1. physiological (drive and arousal),
 2. cognitive (distraction and attention), and
 3. affective (emotional) factors (anxiety and self-presentation).

How was thomas jefferson’s philosophy reflected in his personal life?
Gnoma [55]
I believe that Thomas Jefferson was really hypocritical in his "real" life, personal life outside of politics and philosophy. He wrote the Declaration of Independence where he said that "all men were created equal" and that everybody deserves to be free. However, he himself was a slave owner, he had many slaves and he did not want to set them free.
