1-didn't give power to tax so the nation had trouble raising money for their debts
2-Couldnt send military or officials to stop rebellions like shay's rebellion
3-Overall limited the power of the government and stopped them from regulating the nation to it's best
They had no real power or authority to enforce their laws, taxes, and/or polices.
The better the people live the better the next genration is
