Answer: D) all of the above.

Explanation: Annotating a literary text can be defined as the process of taking notes directly on the literary text that you are reading.  It is a valuable skill for students to learn because it can help them to understand and remember what they are reading, to note important information (for example: new vocabulary words), and to ask questions about the text while they are reading it.

You know about Gatsby and Daisy in the past and present-but what about the future? Thinking about all you have learned about the
vesna_86 [32]
Honestly, I don't think Daisy will end up with Tom or Gatsby. Each of them has a flaw that just cannot be ignored enough in a relationship. Tom is too controlling, which is hardly even a relationship at all, and Gatsby, despite his sweetness to her opposite of Tom, wants to do something even more impossible: relive the past, as if the past is a swimming pool to jump harmlessly right back in. What Gatsby is deluding is too good to be true and Tom's personality is too poor to be true, which is why that infatuation will not last very long either.

How does Chisholm’s use of repetition and her use of loaded language contribute to the persuasive power of the speech? Support y
AveGali [126]

Chisholm´s use of repetition draws attention to the heart of the matter she wants to point out ; discrimination for women.Discrimination is a word she repeats as she wants to show that women were considered inferior for certains posts, so inferior that the fact that they are able to become representatives in Congress needs a celebration or a great display. She is ironic in the sense that she knows women understand what she is talking about , but still uses repetition to be emphatic and to show frustration at so many years of not being recognized...." calculated system of prejudice..."..I am not stranger to prejudice.."She is persuasive because by mentioning women and their inferiority  suffered for so long , which was created for them from a men´s world, she is expressing change is at hand.
