This sentences is grammatically incorrect because the action and the period of time are not coherent. 
It is possible to say " trabajo en esa tienda hace dos años/meses" which would mean that you have been working in that store for a year or a month. 
but the expresión "hace que"+ period of time does not exist. 
Another possibility might be (if you been working there for only 2 hours) "Trabajo en esa tienda hace dos horas" It would mean that you recently started working there.   <span />
