Most fertilizers contains a harmful chemical combination including the elements, phosphorus, nitrogen, and potassium. Although they can shoo or kill harmful insects away, they can also harm humans. You see, if something is strong enough to kill insects, consuming even a small amount of it through careless washing can transmit the chemical from the fertilizer to our body. Unfortunately, many companies nowadays use waste for making fertilizers. Dirty, harmful materials that belongs in the sewers may end up in fertilizers. Although this may be annoying and take more time, it is important to check the ingredients in your fertilizers.
