I think the answer is C

It appeals to senses, allowing the audience to visualize the scene. Senses are used when Swift sings both, “And the organ starts to play a song that sounds like a death match” which appeals to sound, and “wearing a down shaped like a pastry” which goes alone with sight.

Although, #1 is kind of redundant it's not a run-on sentence. #2 complete sentence. #3 Two sentences that could have been separated by other means instead of a comma. #4 Correct punctuation. When you have a subordinate clause, you use a comma.
