Its putting a person in prison or other kind of detention. It was a mission to take all people of Japanese descent into custody, surround them with troops, prevent them from buying land, and return them to their former homes at the end of the war.

Created by the Germans named “lightning warfare” this tactic was successful in the early stages of World War II. The use of planes, tanks and troops to quickly surround and attack an enemy with swift and precise movement allowed this tactic to be deadly. Poland, France, Other countries and early stages of Russia fell to this tactic before it was countered and the Germans were losing the war of attrition.
