Yes u can be depressed without depression. I say yes cause u don't have to be sad to be depressed or anything. It could be the people your with everyday. If they stress u out much maybe don't be there. If it's school then atleast get ur work done n focus on no one else but your work. If it's a sibling u shouldn't ignore Cuz u would get more frustrated u should maybe tell them how u feel.

There are various ways in which one person can watch sport vicarious participation and the disinterested sports spectating

In vicarious sports watching the person who is observing the sports gets too much attached emotionally and physically with the activity that he or she watches and becomes attached to it and they observe and participate themselves. If a person watches athletes they also tense their muscles give some body movements and they encourage the persons as team

In disinterested sports spectating the person do not watch sports with a lot of emotions and in some cases they might be unfamiliar with the sport and hence the vicarious sport watching includes a lot of physical activity
