The lady was not pleased with Scouts apparels and did not approve them. She wanted Scout to be a lady and cover herself in the same way. she also wanted her to interact with the females.  
She wanted the children to learn about their family and their history, and disagreed with their father about the same.
She did not interaction of the children with the non-whites like Walter, and therefore, forbidden Scout and Walter Jr. paying together.

Aunt Alexandra disapproves of Scout's clothes and personality. Alexandra wants Scout to be more ladylike, dress more ladylike, and hangout with females.

Aunt Alexandra disapproves of the kids not being so factual about their families history, which Atticus doesn't like Alexandra's opinion on this.

Aunt Alexandra also disapproves of the kids going to the black church with Calpurnia. Alexandra forbids Scout from going over to Calpurnia's house and community because they are black.
