Is lord capulet to blame for the deaths of romeo and juliet because he kpet the feud going?

No, it was both the families fault. If they didn't have the feud, the whole process wouldn't have happened. Romeo and Juliet aren't supposed to be together because of the feud that was on for so long. But if there never was one, they would probably alive and together.
