Osmosis is the process by which water molecules moves from a region of high concentration to a region of low concentration through a semi-permeable membrane. When a cell is placed in a hypotonic solution water enters the cell osmotically causing to swell. A hypotonic solution is a solution with more solvent than solute.

Question 10 miguel's doctor has recommended that he consume less saturated fat. at his favorite fast-food restaurant, miguel cho
Ilya [14]
This is in accordance to the number of calories each gram of macronutrient has. 1 gram of carbohydrates contains 4 calories; 1 gram of protein contains 4 calories; and 1 gram of fat contains 9 calories; (nice to know: 1 gram of alcohol contains 7 calories). In this case, the sandwich contains 460 wherein there is 6 grams of saturated fat. This 6 grams of saturated fat is equal to 54 calories. Converting that into percentage: (54 calories of fat)/(460 total calories) x 100 = 11.74% or roughly 12% of calories are from saturated fat.
