Explanation:

If I just finished installing a network adapter and has booted up the system, installing the drivers, then i open the file explorer on a remote computer and don't see the computer on which i installed the new Network interface card, NIC, then my first step to take will be to check if the Network Adapter lights are functioning properly or not. If they would not be working fine, I would restart the adapter and if the lights are functioning properly, then i would go towards the other solution. On the second number, i would check if the network settings, or TCP/IP settings have been enabled or not.

Under truth-in-sentencing laws what percentage of the sentence must be served by the offender
natita [175]

Truth-in-sentencing laws aim to preserve the time sentence set for criminals at the time of their conviction. Advocates of these policies argue that when an individual is sentenced for 5 to 7 years and ends up getting released after serving 3 or 4, it constitutes deception and <u>a disservice to "the public's right to know"</u>.

Since 1994 in the U.S., the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act started giving out additional funding as an incentive to states that <u>ensure criminals convicted of violent crimes serve </u><u>at least 85% of their sentence</u><u>. Up until 2008, 35 of the 50 states have kept up these standards.</u>

Hope this helps!

Clancey is in his 50s. He is active and fit and is helping his son remodel a house. He regularly babysits his 10-year-old grands
denis23 [38]

Answer:

Generativity vs. Stagnation.

Explanation:

Erik Erikson was a German-born American psychologist that developed a theory of the 8 Stages of Psychosocial Development that we through our whole life from birth to death. According to this theory, during every stage we face an existential crisis that we must solve in order to develop a healthy personality.

Erikson defines the period between ages 40-60 as the Generativity vs. Stagnation stage. During this stage, people start looking into helping the coming generations to grow and develop as a means of leaving their mark on the world. Failing to do so will lead to stagnation and profound frustration. In our case, <u>Clancey and his wife are clearly going through the Generativity vs. Stagnation stage</u>. By helping in redecorating, remodeling, and babysitting, Clancey and his wife are helping raise the next generations, and it can be said they are successfully solving the crisis associated with this stage.
