"I'm not sure but for the effectiveness of Local sports...I think you should include that teenagers find hobbies and that keeps them busy and they forget about all the risky behaviours and they learn to work as a team. For the ineffective part, they take supplements to enhance their sport performances and steroids to build up muscles faster which is illegal and may be harmful to them, it's also an example of risky behaviour"

The foremost important issue that has to be fought against is of course HIV which is a sexually transmitted disease. People and most importantly younger people have to be informed about the issue. The practical help could be the use of condoms. It will dramatically cut down the rate of infection.

The second issue that has to be fought against would be gender inequality. This is a social issue and could be fought socially. A better practical option would be the creation of non-profit organization. The organization could promote itself through the social media.

Which rhetorical technique was Yousafzai using when she referred to the audience as "brothers and sisters"?
erik [133]

Answer:

The rhetorical technique used is known as "pathos".

Explanation:

When Yousafzai calls the audience "brothers and sisters" she appeals to the emotions of that audience, as it shows that she sees them as a family, as someone who will understand her feelings and who will sympathize with her words, as families do. By provoking this proximity to the audience, she shows herself to be a trustworthy, friendly and dignified person to be heard.
